How about a sub accounts system like the ones in API. where we will be able to create sub user account and be able to limit the usage as well.

So in the control panel, I created an account named PC1, which will be able to use 2.5 GB of total, then PC2 5 GB of total, and PC3 the rest. System will generate me an username and password for this.
